Important Notice: Due to the high number of applicants, we cannot reply to each of you. Selected instructor applicants will be notified via email by January 22nd.

This is NOT a sponsorship form. DO NOT FILL OUT THIS FORM IF YOU ARE PROMOTING YOUR BUSINESS. This application process is for instructors who are teaching a cookie decorating skill. If you wish to teach and promote your business products and/or sell classes, see our Mixer Level sponsorship information HERE.

*If you are teaching a cookie decorating skill or technique, and not selling anything, sponsorship is not required.

*We define promoting your business as selling products or classes via your website or social media during your LIVE time, providing coupon codes to your products/classes to promote them, or any time you are selling something. Under these circumstances, Mixer Level sponsorship is required.

If you plan to do a tutorial and/or promote your business, products and/or classes, a Mixer Level sponsorship is available. Please do not submit this form if you plan on becoming a Mixer Level sponsor - see link at bottom of page.

I am applying as an instructor, not a sponsor. I will be teaching a skill/technique and not promoting my business and selling products and/or classes.

Do you agree to the information and video deadlines as stated on the previous page? These deadlines are extremely important for a successful Cookie-A-Thon. If required items are not turned in on time, you will not be able to participate.

Yes, I agree. I understand if I don't turn my items in on time, I will not be able to participate in the event and will be removed from the instructor list. Your fans will be disappointed, especially if your graphics and tutorial info have already been shared and they are expecting to see you LIVE!

Do you have experience with recording tutorials and video editing?

Yes, I have experience.

No, I am a beginner at this, but I will learn.

No, but I know someone who does and they will help me.

In order to offer downloads to All Access Pass holders, we will be requesting that every instructor provide a file such as a cookie cutter file, stencil file, hand cutting template, royal icing transfer, etc. When possible, cookie cutter files are especially preferred - Nancy and the team will assist in the creation of any of the files if you provide your artwork. We are happy to help with this.

Yes, I agree to create a file or work with Nancy to create a file/s to offer as a download for All Access Pass holders.

Bonus tutorials are always a hit! Short or long, we love them! Do you plan to record a bonus tutorial?

Yes, I do plan to offer a bonus tutorial in addition to my pre-recorded tutorial for the LIVE event.

Maybe. If my original video is going to run longer than 35 minutes, I will record an additional bonus tutorial.

No, I do not plan to record a bonus tutorial.

I understand that as an instructor, I can earn a commission for each purchase of an All Access Pass by signing up for and then sharing my affiliate link.

Yes, I understand when a person clicks my instructor affiliate link and makes the purchase within 30 days that I receive a commission. Please contact Nancy to sign up for an affiliate link if you do not have one.
